I and my kids got bed bug bites at this hotel. I hope my home doesn’t become infested. We stayed at this hotel our last night at Victoria Island because we needed a hotel near the airport.

Stayed one night with my family during our trip to Victoria. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Aside from the carpet that needs deep cleaning, the room was clean and there was no unpleasant smell. Quite close to the airport and ferry.

We had a wonderful stay! Great hotel for families! Clean comfortable room and beds. The genuinely kindest and most helpful staff! Everyone was so welcoming and considerate. We will definitely stay here again in Sidney! Best hotel we stayed at during our Canadian adventure and all because of the people!

Customer service, cleanliness, hospitality and location and convenience were all excellent. We reserved the complimentary bikes and toured around the town-wonderful! Free airport shuttle service not only for ourselves, but visiting family. We were allowed to check in super early which was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Good hotel for the price and availability for our family of 5. It was comfortable enough and had just enough space for all of us. Just what we needed after long days exploring Victoria and the surrounding areas.

Excellent room with well-equipped kitchenette, ideal for a family and great value for money. Corridor carpets need replacement but the property as a whole is very good with helpful staff.

Hotel said do early check in online we did and then they ask for credit card we didn’t have one we had a debit credit card offered them 500 cash deposit and they said no and then when we found a family member wi th one to come find out the deposit was 50 buck
