The ambiance was excellent. The receptionist welcoming and helpful, but did not know that dining was limited. The adjoining pub restaurant cannot cater to families with young children on the first Tuesday of every month due to a group booking. There is a McDonalds across the street or a White Spot. We chose White Spot.

Tracy in breakfast area is an snaking ambassador for your place. She makes everyone feel welcome. I stayed there with family earlier in July and she was one of reasons for my return for one night.

I arrived with my kids on a late flight and was concerned about checking in so late, but the hotel felt very safe, and my kids enjoyed all the basset hound pictures. Very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rooms but not soundproof. We were woken up early by a very vocally active toddler. We ended up and packing up by 9 am as the noise didn’t allow further sleep.
