Stayed here while visiting family in Edmonton. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Questions were answered promptly and satisfactorily. We’ve stayed here previously and will continue to stay here in the future as the property is convenient and suitable for our needs.

This had all the necessary facilities and conveniences plus an excellent staff BUT 1.very small bathtub. Where did the chain get the idea a bathtub for very small people and children is ok for adults. 2:This tub was in fact dangerous for elderly people. I used it once only and went to the pool thereafter and that is not intended as a tub. 3:For clothing storage there was 3 small wire baskets for 2 queen bed rooms for 5 days. Dumb design. 4: first day I wouldn’t use the spa tub because when the jets were off there was loose material on the bottom in 3 areas of the tub which I thought may have been from a child’s mistake in the tub. I reported this to the front desk and she said she would check that right away. This was Saturday. Sunday same condition. Monday same Tuesday it was clean so I used it Wend same type material was back???? I reported that again to front desk as I was checking out I managed as maintenance a condo pool for 3 years and that would NEVER be allowed AND Health in BC and I am sure in AB would shut your spa down and fine if they were to see it. Your food and sitting amenities were great as was the polo Club. We stayed nast time across the way at a similar place the BEST WESTERN and that was by far a better facility. We will repeat ,the staff were great but as a corporate hotel you should be MUCH better. I paid my bill in full and caused no damage so we held up our part of the bargain . Thank you. We required a brief stay to visit family with family of four with two teenagers. Breakfast was convenient and allowed for us to visit in a group in the open common area. Rooms were clean and we slept well. Would stay here again.

Everything was very clean. Pool area seems a little run down but still great and they were able to accommodate us by putting us on the same floor with another family member.

Comfy beds, clean bathroom and adequate number of towels for family of 4. The pet fee is $75, which is higher than most hotels. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel was the best value by far of any place we have stayed in years. The facilities were newer and super clean, parking was easy and free, breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the service was excellent. They communicated all the covid changes when you checked in, nothing was unclear about the stay. The service was superior to even high-end downtown hotels. Definitely a 5-star operation. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was so well done and changed every day with lots to choose from. The kids enjoyed the waffle stations. The total experience was excellent.
