Fabulous stay! The kids loved the room and waterpark 😊

Breakfast was good Easter weekend. Then we had limited selection and no waffles for the kids.

We enjoyed the pool with our kids and the ease of getting an early checkin.

A nice family stay

The rooms are nice and big and very clean. Hot breakfast was fantastic! Pool and waterslide were super fun for the kids.

We stayed at this hotel for one night this past weekend. The first thing and the most upsetting one is that on the room description when I booked it said this room was for 5 people, we are a family of 5, so I booked. Once we got there and saw the room, it only has a king bed and a double pull out couch. Where in the world is this considered to be a room for 5 people? I went to the front desk, I asked for a roll away bed, they said they didn’t have it. I asked if there was another room available that could better accommodate us, and they said no. The lady said she escalated to the management, however the manager never spoke to us. They did absolutely nothing to try to help, didn’t even appologize. The lady just said because it’s a king bed it should fit 3 people! To make it even worst, I had to fight for extra towels and I did not notice that they did not provide extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch until we were ready to go to sleep, so we not only had to squeeze 3 people on the king bed, but we only had 4 pillows for the 5 of us. Both times we went to the pool they did not have pool towels available. Breakfast was bad. The eggs felts they were cooked with water, they were so juicy and no flavour. The sausages were under cooked and lacked in fruits. My experience was not good, and I will not be returning to this hotel ever again!

Great hotel, perfect for family gathering. Lots of fun in the pool, good options for breakfast especially with you children. Only issue was I found the beds too soft.
