Super 8 by Wyndham Innisfail

Old section of the property lacks air conditioning. Young man at the desk explained it to us and moved us, but the air in the new room was broken. I asked to speak to the manager who pretended to be surprised that they didn't have air but the poor kid at the desk didn't understand the game the manager was playing and said something to the effect of, "you know the hallway with the rooms with no air." The manager refused a refund (it states air, you didn't have air, that's false advertising). We ended up in a 3rd room and spent a rough night. I think Wyndham has destroyed their name by attaching it to subpar, rundown hotels with poor managers.

We checked in hotel room was FREEZING cold. Found a pair of shirts behind the desk that I thought my kids through there but they were not even ours. When I told The gentleman at the front desk he didn’t seem too concerned. I think it’s gross because what else wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom never got warm it stayed col

Staff were pleasent and curteous. The walls are paper thin and theowners let very noisy family make extreme noise well after 11pm and did nothing to curb the nose. This happened for 3 nights in a row That is why the poor rating.
