Property is older but we’ll kept. Mattresses were comfy and the rooms were spacious, the kitchenette was a bonus. The breakfast had quite a few options and of course the kids loved the waffle maker!

Carpets in hallways were filthy and stunk. Rooms are basic and need revamping. Walls are thin enough to hear neighbors (but not what they say) - Room above us had what seemed like 100 kids with lead feet dancing at 7AM right through till 10AM. They charged $20 extra for my 5yr old lab to stay in the room and he was a perfect guest, yet these hooligans all stay for free; and when we complained they acknowledged the situation but offered no compensation or rate reduction. Clerk even told us they had other people complaining about these kids running through hallways and up and down stairs.

The pool was under repair. We booked for this only reason. We should have called or read the fine print but our kids were thoroughly disappointed. We didn't do our due dililigence when booking. The inconsistency that the pool has been open they really should take pool pictures off the website.

Book this hotel thinking there was a pool. My three children were excited to swim after a 5 hour drive. Nothing in the book site said the pool was close, the sign outside indicated the pool was open. Checked in and the pool was closed and had obviously been out of service for quite some time. Extremely disappointing.
