Walls were dirty. Our sheet was not changed or maybe there was just stains on the sheet that couldn't be taken off. Luckily we had 2 beds so we used the clean one. Didn't feel like moving to another room as it may be in the same condition anyway and my kid was ready to sleep when we noticed the stains. Shower curtains are old and stained. Shower walls are also stained. Booger marks on different walls of the rooms. Good location, friendly staff, but can use higher standards on maintenance, if one is paying $250/night.

Beds uncomfortable, bare minimums for supplies. 1 roll of toilet paper, tiny bar of hand soap. No services such a room cleaning without extra charge. No key cards, physical cut keys with a $100/key charge if lost - wasn’t aware of that until I was checking in. Annoying, just another thing to worry about on a family vacation with kids. Price was competitive with other hotels. Would not choose to stay again based on lack of service and poor quality old uncomfortable beds.
