Amazing stay. This is a wonderful condo style hotel with loads of comfort for a family of five. The maid service was amazing — clean room and fresh towels every day, no problem if we asked them to come back a bit later. All areas were clean and well maintained. My kids loved the pool and hot tub area.

We stayed with our four kids. We enjoyed the proximity to Banff National Park and being able to walk around in Canmore. The hotel was wonderful and we loved our views from the room and the nice big suites with full kitchen and laundry.

I thought the space we stayed in was clean and comfortable for the family. The parking garage and parking outside the facility is a bit of a mess. The hallway lighting is a little depressing. Otherwise, the room we stayed in was great and housekeeping was excellent.

The lodge offers an exceptional experience. The aesthetically pleasing scenic view from the room was thoroughly enjoyed by my family from India during their visit. The suite is conveniently equipped with a kitchen, which is a highly desirable amenity. I highly recommend this lodge.

Friendly staff, had an Easter Egg hunt for the kids on Easter Sunday. Street is narrow to drive down with the vehicles parked on both sides. No restaurant but a few close by to walk to and the suites with kitchens are fully equipped
