The location was perfect for airport travel and quiet stay. The hotel was clean, offered free parking and airport shuttle, had a great pool with fun slide for kids (and adults) and we enjoyed the restaurant and bar on-site. Check in staff was pleasant enough but bar staff was very friendly and gave great service. Only advice, ask for more towels at check in if more than two people in room.

Well, for my family of 6, we find it very clean, comfortable and quiet. We got there vary late in the night, over 2 hrs over the shuttle stopping time but we called front and they were able to send a cab for us,That makes our day. Check in was easy breeze.

The stay was great. Room was very nice. Courteous & friendly staff . The restaurant staff were so friendly & made it a pleasure dining there . The two 5 year old grandkids I had with me ate free each time. I will certainly stay there again. Very impressed with everything & everyone there.

Room was a good size for our family of 7. Service and restaurant is solid. Only downside was the AC wasn’t working in our room and was a bit warm. Everything else was great.

This trip was one of my worst experiences at a hotel, the staff lied about finding my booking tried putting us in a tiny room when we booked a suite, a kid puked pool side and the staff just told them to cover with a towel and didnt come clean it, the restaurant staff was rude, wouldnt let us order off the menu and the buffet was garbage !

We had a last minute booking and the staff were nothing but accommodating for us getting us a crib for our child when there was only one person working on NYE and she worked so hard to accommodate everyone she was fantastic
