Comfort Inn & Suites Airport North

This is one of our family trip. Compared to others, the breakfast is the same for 3 days. Cleanliness is not at par compared to others. The pillow is not that comfy. Lots of parking. Reception is helpful.

We arrived late, past midnight, due to delays in flights, the check in was brilliant, efficient and super quick, after 29 hours of travel it was just what was required. Hats off to the night clerk, sorry I did not get your name. Room and bed perfect, but looking tired in places, bathroom door and shower area need attention. What stopped us giving 5 stars, the breakfast - just not what it should be and we left after ten minutes - cold coffee, no butter for toast just margarine, horrible flat sausages covered in oil, eggs (well not even sure if there were). Lots of kids loved the pancake machine but it was not for us. Real shame, we went to the mall and had breakfast.

We stayed for one night- family of four with two toddlers under 3. We checked in around 9:00pm and put the kids straight to bed. We realized about an hour in that the fridge did not work and we had got groceries and milk for the boys. Thank goodness we had a cooler in the car to put the kids milk in. We didnt want to alert the staff because we did not want to wake up the kids to change rooms or have staff enter when the kids were asleep, it was super frustrating. When I told the staff in the morning the fridge didn’t work in the room, they literally did not say anything. I just wanted to let them know so that another family wasn’t impacted but the staff didn’t say anything about it and just told me that my deposit would be returned shortly. An acknowledgement would have been nice but not the end of the world. Place was clean, room was clean but sheets had holes. Hot tub strangely hot. Breakfast was good. I would recommend to people on a serious budget or who don’t care about the little things like small holes in the sheets. Otherwise, pay an extra 20 and stay elsewhere.

In an industrial area, no places to eat. They had no alternative bedding for toddlers/babies.

Our family of 4 have a great one night stay. The beds were comfy and the black out curtains were much appreciated.

The did not yave extra pillows. Room with king bed and pull out sofa was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel did not have extra pillows and blankets for the children to sleep on the sofa bed comfortably. They needed additional staff to support the breakfast area to replenish food when the hotel is fully booked.

Great property the kids loved the pool

A clean, comfortable stay. Perfect for families. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again

Came in to Calgary for a family shopping trip. This was one of the few hotels under $150 per night and we had stayed there before, so we booked again. Great room and we were comfy for the one night we stayed. Breakfast was the only disappointment. Eggs were so over cooked and old. You could have used them as a frisbee. The sausage was slimy and disgusting. I managed to find toast and a yogurt that satisfied my need to eat. Plastic cutlery was kind of a shock to see offered. It should have been silverware to rewash, seeing as single use plastic are now banned in Canada.

We really enjoyed staying here. My family and I had fun playing at the pool. Well done.. ❤️
