Free breakfast was great! Love that there were different dietary options but there weren’t any sausages or bacon :(.. Parking stalls are tight. EV charging is alright, always had an available spot even when we came back late. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Sometimes heard screaming children running in the hallways in the early morning (not good if you like to sleep in). Only the hand held shower head had strong water pressure. The big square head on top isn’t that good (light water pressure). In the middle of the night we often heard something dripping in the washroom. We couldn’t find it when we looked around.. Only 1 window can be opened in the bedroom - And it didn’t seem like it was properly sealed ? Always heard whistling from the window day and night. Very annoying. Couldn’t tighten the notch more than already. Maybe we were just unlucky and hopefully other rooms were peaceful. Also be careful walking around the bed. The bed frame sticks out a lot so we often hit our knees on them.

Hotel was clean, staff were welcoming and great. Our room was a handicap suite and wasn’t listed as such which wasn't a big deal as the space was nice but the bathroom was not great for a family of four with small children.

This is a nice hotel excellent for business and family travellers, it is close to shoppiing areas and restaurants, I love that all room categories have a kitchenette, fresh breakfast and transportation to the airport.

Had a great stay - the place was in good, clean condition. The room was comfy and stocked with everything my family needed - definitely coming back next time in Calgary.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in . Best free breakfast for sure . Very family friendly especially with small kids . The only thing I think it need improvement will be if there is some garbage bag in the room for us and if the water pressure can be a little stronger . But it is a 10/10 rating and will definitely go back next time when I’m in Calgary

Really nice hotel with great staff. We stayed here for 2 night with our 3 kids. They loved it just as much as we did. Breakfast is definitely better than most other hotels. Only thing negative I would have to say is I wish the rooms were cleaner. You could definitely see dirt and crumbs under the couch. We will be back here for sure. I think it’s our go to hotel for whenever we are in Calgary.

The property is not well kept. The hotel decor is nice but there is visual damages everywhere. It has a funny smell to it, mix with food and cleaning products. The parking lot pipe was leaking alot of water when it rain. Breakfast was only complimentary for only 1 guest! Even though I book for my family of four I still have to pay extra $30 for my other family members. I paid for it anyways and was very disappointed with thier breakfast. I should of went to Macdonald around the corner for breakfast. Service is a bit mix here. When checking at night the staff was speaking very rude to me. Yelling at me tap my card over and over. Even though I said I will do it after I put away my ID in my wallet first. What he should of said was tap when you are ready instead of yelling at me to tap. However our driver to the airport was nice so I tip him well. Also the cleaning lady came knocking at my room at 9:20 am asking me when I am leaving so she can clean. It is not even time to check out. Overall it was a horrible experience here. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend it. I trusted Marriott and westin for quality hotel and I was wrong.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Modern, very clean, good options at breakfast. Nice touch that they have different drinks and some food options for sale near the front desk. We so appreciated this! Room was super cute and had a really comfortable bed and pillows and a nice little kitchen. Underground parking was a nice touch. Only complaints were a child running up and down the hall at 630am, but this is hardly the hotels fault and a very very slow elevator. Will definitely stay again in the future!
