Great new family hotel. Safe, quiet, affordable as well. The staff are polite, helpful, and the best I've ever encountered. They treat you well and very hospitable. Nicest people in this world!!!

We had a very nice stay, very friendly staff always willing to serve you with a smile, the family room was not available but we got 2 luxe rooms instemde at no extra cost. Very stylish, big, comfortabele rooms.

This is a really attractive hotel a bit away from where most hotels are located (but the hotel provides you with complementary tuc tuc service to the city center. Because it is new, hotel staff are not yet fully trained to accommodate Western guests, but they seem to be learning. They are all really nice and courteous though. The room was spacious enough for two adults and a child with proper basic amenities. The pool is rather small. For the price, we think it was a good buy.

Everything excellent. Great facility and very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast which varies daily. Very helpful staff for tours and transportation. Great for kids. You will love it.
