Location of this hotel is marvelous, the view from the 19th floor pool area is stunning. Great large rooms and breakfast selection was super. We were a family of five traveling together and we all enjoyed what this hotel had to offer.

Pros: Great location Breakfast Buffet Good price Fast service Cons: Small pool Arrived via Uber from another part of town. It wasn’t Check in time, but they let us fill out all the paperwork needed. They held our bars in a secure location while we went to lunch. The staff was friendly. The room: The room was surprisingly spacious. It was three of us and we slept and got around comfortably. The sheets were clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. It won’t work if you don’t leave your room key in the slot, but it cools the room down pretty quickly. The bathroom was a small, but adequate for one person at a time. We had a clogged drained that was resolved immediately. The water pressure was great and there was always hot water. The room has a safe and a refrigerator. They don’t have an iron, but you can call down for one. The toiletries are plentiful and they do a great job at keeping them stocked. The buffet: The breakfast buffet was included in our rate. It was great. It ran till 10am. It had a good selection of juices, breads, cheeses, cereal. They have an egg station where you can order your eggs to your liking. They also have a hot buffet station with bacon, eggs, cheese breads. The pool: You must go up there to check out the views. The pool itself is small and if you go in the afternoon, full of kids. They have a limited amount of lounge chairs. They have some tables and waiter service. Extras: - Be aware that they charge for ice.

This is our second time time at the Windsor Leme. We decided to spend a few days with them prior to their start of school. It was a wonderful decision. THe Windsor Leme is located just across the street from Copacabana beach. The hotel has a breakfast buffet and a restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner. The room is spacious and clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel has a roof top terrace with a bar and a heated pool. The pool bar offers snacks, juices, cocktails and espresso. The gym is also located on the top floor. The highlight was the fact that the Windosr Leme utilized one of its conference room and turned it into a summer camp. There was a ball pit, a table for arts and crafts and a tv game centre. It was staffed with monitors. The camp was open from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 and it gave children an option of things to do and meet other children. This camp runs from January and February which are the summer vacation in Brazil. This is a fabulous idea and was hit with our kids. It gave us the parents the opportunity to have some time alone.

I was a little disappointed with the room - it was spacious and fairly comfortable though the bed badly needs replaced. However I slept soundly and room service was served in a decent time frame. The food was excellent , I think I had almost everything on the room service menu and the management kindly presented me with a little birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. the pool area was surprisingly bigger than I thought and pool remained cool throughout the hot days but sadly, access to the pool was hampered periodically with so many children which is ok in general but the parents had little control over them and I often found myself relegated to a corner of the pool. The best part of the pool area was the Bar / restaurant which served great drinks and fabulous food from lovely staff.

Large breakfast buffet with good selection of tropical fruits, we missed only "bolo de milo", "bolo di laranja", ... (as they have in many other brasilian hotels) Spectacular view from the hotels top floor (19th floor - with small pool) over the complete Copacabana Reception desk is very helpfull (only some small tour information details were not quite correct .. timing ... anyway for brasilian conditions probably still within usual tolerances ... and at the end we still catched our flight) Any services requested (also at 10pm night), like additional blanket, bathrobe, or printing out boarding passes from online check in of flights, have been processed perfect and very quick. Only double beds in our room were to small (we had 2 double beds for 2 adults + 2 children, which were to tight)
