Friendly staffs and speak English too. View from the room was amazing. Roof top bar, pool and view!!! We enjoyed the stay well including our kids.. Very conveniently located near beach and other shopping options including food.

We really enjoyed staying here. It's right off the beach. It's close to several restaurants. The facility is beautiful. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city. The food at the hotel was also good. We were a family of 4 that included 2 kids. This is THE HOTEL to stay at.

I loved the beautiful family suite we stayed in! It had beautiful stunning views! All of the men taking in luggages were so friendly and kind. Adrianna was so sweet from the start! Her presence and kind heart exuded so much warmth! She was welcoming to everyone entering the hotel! Thanks for a great stay:)

Perfect location, delicious breakfast, and their food for lunch and dinner are exquisite. We did have any problem while using the existing pool with our 4-year-old kid, but It will be nice having a pool for small kids.

We had an excellent stay with our family at the Hilton. The staff were helpful and professional at all times, the views from the room, breakfast room, and rooftop are spectacular, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel is very centrally located, right on the beach and minutes away from Pão de Açucar and many other points of interest.

Excellent service and breakfast. Good infrastructure. Nice with the service on the beach. The only inconvenience was on the rooftop. A couple was close to having sex on a sofa when I arrived. The whole place looked like a grown-up club but there were children and families there too. I think there should be rules and the hotel personnel should ask people to leave if they behave inappropriately.

Customer service is sloooooooow, so plan to wait for at keast 20 minutes. The concierge is useless. The property is dirty. I would not recommend staying there if going with family for vacation.
