Azura Bermuda

Wow this place is amazing as it is and to see thst that it’s being further developed and enhanced with additional restaurants is incredible. It’s truly a picturesque property. Enjoyed many meals at the restaurant ( always enough room and never had to wait ) meal choices were really exceptional and perfectly prepared. Had the opportunity to speak with the chef a few times. Very dedicated and it shows. The new beachfront pool is incredible. It was fine for my family but it’s only fair to mention in this review while thier beaches are magnificent the walk to and from to access is not for everyone but just about all Bermuda properties have the same situation being up on a bluff. We will be back. Hopefully soon

Our stay at the Azura hotel was wonderful. The views are beautiful, the rooms are updated, and the service is great. There are a few pools and the food was excellent. More importantly, the hotel is centrally located and so close to everything. It’s about 10 mins driving to Hamilton. It’s about 15-20 minutes to the aquarium and like 8 minutes to horseshoe bay beach which is stunning. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice hotel in Bermuda. They also partnered with very kind taxi drivers. We really enjoyed talking rides with Darren who knew the lay of the land. It almost wasn’t this way, 3 days before the trip we received an email that the hotel was under a renovation in the kitchen that was behind schedule. We were anxious bc we were traveling for the first time with our 10 month old baby. I reached out to the hotel and they did everything in their ability to accommodate us and make things right. They helped make an inconvenient situation work for us. I especially want to thank Claire, the manager. When I originally reached out about by displeasure with the renovation, she did all she could to make it worth it and make us feel valued despite my direct and sometimes rude comments. She is the best part of the hotel because of her understanding and determination to keep guests happy.

Gorgeous property in a beautiful location on the island. Reception staff preformed exemplary! They couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We have highly recommended this resort to our friends and family. We plan on returning soon. An all around excellent experience.

Lovely, romantic property. Unbelievable views. Don't recommend for kids. There's not really an accessible beach and the hotel is cliffside.

Azura is beautiful and well kept. It is clean and very convenient for a families. The staff is vey friendly and helpful. They helped with arranging excursions and taxis for transportation. Our taxi driver Daren was exceptional. He provided us with history and information about the Island as well as places to visit. We will definitely go back there.

This is a condominium, NOT a resort. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, with nice ocean views and property is very nice. Centrally located on island so convenient for day trips. But the beach on the property is under water all day so there's no safe ocean access; you need to take a shuttle (very limited hours) or taxi to public beach. Pool area is OK but closes 8pm and no hot tub. The restaurant is mediocre, there's no activities on the property, and the office has limited hours and services. It's fine if you just want a nice place to sit on terrace all day or basecamp for excursions, but it's not really a resort for fun or family.
