A great stay - had a family room which was well equipped with a really comfortable bed. Good location - very close to train station and not too far to the Old Town. Friendly staff, pleasant reception area with coffee machine and pool table. Would go back if we visit Antwerp again

When we reach hotel at 11:30 in night to check in then no one at hotel reception and me and my family standing out side of accommodation in cold as no one able to open door for us we spend 1 hour out side in cold and then went to other hotel .

Apartment is spacious and clean. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It would be a better experience if the staff at the reception could be more welcoming.
