Everything good to say about this hotel. Extremely helpful and informative staff, great location, great service and super clean and inviting. We had 2 nights for a family getaway. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

We had stayed here for 2 nights as a family. The hotel is close to MIDI station and the old town, all within a few minutes walk. You can get to any other location by public transportation. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, safe, beds are very comfortable, a/c is good, but we had just opened windows. The neighbourhood is going through road constructions, but the hotel is great and reachable by feet or taxi.

We stayed here for a family break away the room was large enough for the 3 of us, the location was great with easy access to the train station and walking distance to Brussels place. Great value for money

Due to the location, I do not recommend this hotel or any hotels in the neighbourhood (Anneessens/Brussels Midi area) to female solo travellers. (Yes I was a female solo traveller) The hotel was great. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent services. But - 1/ the big construction site opposite to the hotel entrance makes the road in front of the entrance narrow and dark, and Uber only stops at the corner of the street. 2/ the neighbourhood was really full of beggars and thieves. The walk from the MIDI station to the hotel during the day (not sure about the night) was totally fine. The 15-minute walk from the hotel to the city centre was unpleasant. I was harassed by two aggressive groups of beggars who obviously targeted at my iPhone. The people kept staring at me during my walk. A male beggar harassed me “hey baby!” 3/ Uber does not help much as it only stops at the corner of the street of the hotel, meaning you still have to walk through the street yourself. I took an Uber back during my two-day stay at the hotel but felt unsafe and uncomfortable walking just on the street of the hotel at night. (Around 9pm during summer) Conclusion: if a female solo traveller really has to travel to Brussels, I do not recommend the Brussels MIDI station area / Anneessens. The hotels may not be expensive but you have to include the Uber cost as well. Suggestion to the hotel: would be great if shuttle buses to/from the city centre can be offered.
