We rented a 1 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. It was spacious and the pull-out sofa bed for the kids was comfortable and more convenient than a standard sofa bed as it was 2 separate beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The locations of the hotel was very convenient for exploring Brussels - it's on a street with plenty of shops and restaurants, right above a Metro station and yet was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was super-helpful. Our kids left a couple of items in the room, and the staff was very responsive to my inquiries and arranged for their express shipment. The apartment was comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay with kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly throughout our visit, and made sure our stay was comfortable. They responded to our request for a crib immediately. The hotel itself felt safe with keycard entry to get into the hotel, the elevator, the corridor and then the room itself; so four added layers of security. The room was very spacious. We were able to fit the crib in, and there was still room for our baby to crawl around. The kichenette had all of the dishes, pans, utensils, etc. you would need for your stay. The dishwasher was especially handy to have for which they provided soap bars. They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable!
