The Royal at Atlantis

1) I came here with my family for my birthday - during my entire stay no one said anything. 2) I was told by staff I would be supplied with a reusable water bottle and filling stations available throughout the property. So I did not bring any bottles. Upon arrival I was told they are out of stock but check back next day. Moreover, I was told by management they would supply us water bottles. I wasted 1/2 of my trip waiting in the lobby or on telephone requesting reusable water bottles which I was told they were out of stock plus I spoke with 4-5 managers because no one would supply water bottles. My 4 and 6 year old were accompanying me on the trip and this was very hot trip for them. Staff would not supply water so I would have to take to a new manager each time. Sad thing was, they had plenty of reusable water bottles for sale in their gift shops. 3) dining plan is confusing and don’t get scammed. Each restaurant employee will tell you this is part of the dining plan and then you get a bill from the hotel. I recorded multiple videos of servers telling us items are part of the plan and it wasn’t. It is a great plan but the restaurant servers are playing games. 4) premium resort, beautiful place but lousy service. Activities are great. Plenty to do for families and kids. Kids 4ft and taller can go on any ride. I spoke with the following managers - Ashwan, Petra, Katherine, kardesha (she was most helpful), I tried to meet with Ashwan on 3 days but always busy.

Just one bad experience, I had to wait about 1.5 hours just to check in as my plane was delayed and there was only one person working at the reception at 11 pm. Overall, Atlantis the Royal is a decent place to spend a few days with the family. Place is well kept and people are friendly.

Great place to stay with kids.

Overall is good…. but one thing we didn’t like. The food at Nobu inside the casino is very terrible! Very expensive and very little serving. It’s okay to pay money if the quality and quantity of food is satisfactory. It’s totally the opposite. If they would charge decent prices, the servings should be satisfying and filling. We had to buy food outside the hotel, because my children especially are not satisfied with the food serving, very small amount for a very expensive price. That’s it…. the rest are good. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful! Anything you need is literally right there at the resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we neede. We can't wait to take the grandkids back!!

This is our 3rd time and great time great weather so much to do and eat, cleaning staff super nice always leave the room clean and picked up every day. Beach was super clean with clear water and heat was intense. Alot of pool options and slides with kids lazy river with water rapids. a lot of food options in the resort or around, casino with so many options

Our family had a great time and loved swimming with the dolphins!

The property was nice. The staff were mostly friendly, but can't say the same about the restaurant staff. Also the toiletries were not up to mark - specially no body wash provided , is something not acceptable. Although it was a good experience specially with kids , but there's a lot of scope for improvement .

Fun for the family and the staff was friendly.
