Everything was good, however one of our beds was a bit damaged and the mattress would lean when we sat on it. We were offered a different room, but we declined to avoid an extra hassle. Otherwise service was great and an overall memorable experience. I would definitely bring my family back here again.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful, and we had full access to Atlantis. The hotel is very cost effective for families -- especially since Atlantis is in walking distance. Plus, there is complimentary breakfast (though the location of the breakfast moved daily without notice).
Cons: For some reason, the hallways smelled like urine. Our AC didn’t really cool down the room, and the couch smelled musty (something we didn't realize until our 3rd night when we sat in it).
If you plan to only use the hotel to sleep and rest between your adventures, it’s a good way to save money. If you plan to spend a significant amount of time in your hotel, I'd explore other options.

I liked the staff who were extremely nice and accommodating. I loved the breakfast.
The hotel needs a few updates like the ice machines stopped working and one of the elevators stopped working. The fridge in our room was rusted on the outside and needed to be replaced. However we saw workers painting and making some improvements. Overall it was a pleasant stay good value for our money very safe and good location. And having access to Atlantis was a good perk without having to pay the cost of staying there. Also kids eat free was the best!

Needs a lot of updating but Can’t beat the location and access to Atlantis. In truth it’s the only reason to stay here. The fridge was barely cool, a/c as well but I don’t like it too cold so I didn’t mind. Continental breakfast was eggs, pancakes or waffles, bacon or sausage and watermelon and melon, small pastries and farina, Coffee was tepid and not very strong. They cleaned our room daily and placed fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. We enjoyed our stay but we spent so much on food not sure I do again. If we do I would consider paying a bit more for hotel room with kitchenette and make some dinners and lunches for the family. For a family of 5 you could easily spend $250-300 daily on lunch and dinner, we bought out own snacks from home.

My family had a wonderful stay at your resort. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive to detail. The pool area was always kept clean, and I do appreciate you having watch your step signs in this area.

I honestly don’t understand what other reviewers meant by the property being “dated”. My family & I loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, we all had our own bed, including the pull out bed. Housekeeping was phenomenal every day. It felt like we had a new room every time they provided housekeeping services. Not to mention to Atlantis & Aquaventure amenities. It literally gets no better than that. We had everything we needed/wanted right there. The pool bar & staff were amazing. Anything we needed, we were accommodated immediately with great customer service. I refuse to stay anywhere else when Im in the Bahamas. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property.

Customer service was great! Food from the resort restaurant was one of the best we had, even after comparing to other meals we had all over the island. It’s an older property compared to others, but very clean, and you can’t beat the proximity and free access to the Atlantis resorts. Would stay here again. The kids loved it!

The BEST value in Nassau! A clean and comfortable room with no frills; Just across the street from Paradise Island and all its scenery. A lovely and well kept patio and pool area and a pretty decent free breakfast with delicious fresh fruit! Save your money and bring the family here! The passes to Paradise Island water park are included in your reservation! The best value ever!!!
