My stay was fantastic - only 20mins taxi / train ride from Vienna Airport. Well connected to the city centre, whilst being in a quiet area of the city. Room was large, loved the kitchenette features and the balcony was a bonus. Hotel and room were both clean and comfortable and staff were really friendly! Overall, a great stay and i will be recommending to family and friends who wish to visit the beautiful city of Vienna.

We couldn't even check in and we waited for hours to get into the property. The hotel never sent us instructions to check in late even after we asked for this information three times. We arrived at 3 am after traveling for 12 hours with a 3 month old baby. Hotel doesn't answer the phone and we had to book another hotel at 3:15 am in the morning and paying extra can fares.
