Reception personnel was very helpful. Rooms were clean but can be a bit cleaner. Rooftop bar was very nice with great views. Buffet breakfast was good, although a bit expensive like most other places in Vienna. There were a couple a of technical issues during our stay (could not connect the laptop to wifi due to some IT problem, room lights got turned on by itself in the middle of the night) but they got resolved quickly. Adjoining rooms was an advantage while staying with the family.

Exceptional! Would recommend to all family and friends. From the friendly staff, incredible amenities, most comfortable bed and cleanliness, it’s by far one of the best hotels in Europe.
