Goldene Spinne

Overall we liked the hotel and it's location. The room we got was very great. The only thing was a very rude cleaning/helping lady that was swearing in German really bad. I was with two big kids. When we checked in, we received a wrong room without an additional bad I paid for. While I went do the front desk to ask about the bed, my kids started unpacked their stuff, use the bathroom, etc. So while I was at the front desk, the lady came in to give us a new key for a different room, saw what my kids were doing, and started to yell on them in German, which we don't understand. My 12 y.o. daughter got really scared. She actually didn't do anything wrong, she just started unpack in her hotel room after long trip. Anyway, we liked the hotel, the room, and their breakfast. It was really good. The only thing is to be aware of is this old lady that speaks German only and gets sometimes mad.
