A good location in Salzburg, 2 nice restaurants, very friendly & helpful staff, high quality linens and timely maid service give an old world feel to an updated boutique hotel owned by a local family corporation. In short: charming, efficient and unpretentious.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable, amazing location. We had two rooms for our family of 5 people, and while we we saddened to have to depart a day early, we would absolutely recommend the location for any families looking to stay in Salzburg. We hope to be back.

Great Staff! Excellent location steps from Maribelle Platz and close to old town, still walking distance from train station. Beautiful two bedroom suite for our family. Rooftop restaurant with wonderful views.

Excellent hotel, great location a short walk from the station. Nice walk along the river to a children's playground and the main town. Room was wonderful, we stayed in an XL suite, the bathroom was huge and the room was spacious. Exceptional service and facilities, breakfast was delicious in addition I had a wonderful steak one evening in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is very nice, great staff. The only problem we encountered was you can literally hear everything! I’m guessing the windows aren’t sound proof. The garbage man came at 6am and you could definitely hear each glass being put into the truck, drunken people in the middle of night, screaming kids, traffic! Overall we wouldn’t stay here again, it’s way too noisy and for as much money as we paid it wasn’t worth it.
