The hotel is very near the train station, so it is convenient when arriving via train from Vienna, and going to the inner city. Construction in front of the hotel can be bothersome at certain time of the day. The rooms were clean and cozy, and spacious for families with small children. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. It was definitely a great place to stay at Salzburg.

I emailed them a few days before about my reservation. I requested one room with a king bed and one room with three twins for three of my grown kids. They still made a mistake and gave one room with two twins and one room with a kind and extra twin.
