Pan Pacific Perth

We were disappointed because the pool was out of action esp as it was over 30 degrees. The grandchildren were in tears. Emre was lovely and organised chocs and offered us all a complimentary breakfast. We used the valet parking for the car. $65 and so easy. Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Would have been perfect except for the pool not being available.

Hotel room although a bit dated was quiet and beds very comfortable. River view room was worth pay a little extra for. We had 2 adults & 2 kids but our room only had 2 mugs and 2 robes. No coffee machine in the room like pods or something which is usual in 5 star hotel. Room service food was fantastic but $$$. Overall was ok however when booking for the 4 of us said ‘free breakfast’ but when checked in they said only free for 2 adults have to pay for kids. Seemed a bit unreasonable as booking said free. Sports bar wasn’t great, cocktail bar was nicer atmosphere but fairly limited choice or cocktails and not really to my taste. Have stayed in Duxton hotel nearby and pan pacific was similar standard to be honest.

Statcationed for 2 nights with my family for my husbands birthday. Had a wonderful experience from check in thru to checkout. The hotel amenities and restaurants and top quality. The pipes in our room kept making noises on the first night so we offered an alternative room very quickly and without much fuss at all as well as late checkout and assistance to shift out belongings. Night manager was really quite apologetic at the inconvenience but so wonderful to deal with. The new room was great, some better furnishings and a slightly different bathroom configuration. Breakfast was outstanding. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Reno’s are being done on floors 18 and above but only M-F so it didn’t bother us at all.

We enjoyed our family stay at the Pan Pacific and found the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our Deluxe Twin Riverview room was dated but did have a good view and was clean, perfect for our short stay. We enjoyed the breakfast with it's generous selection of hot and cold dishes. We look forward to returning.

Lovely 5 night stay for a family of 4. Room was neat and tidy. Sue from Monty’s restaurant was a beautiful lady with our girls as was the rest of the staff.

My family took 2 Club Rooms & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From the time we checked in till the time we checked out, it was a wonderful experience. During check-in Jessilyn & Mina were excellent. At the CLUB lounge, again Mina & a male staff were really great - friendly, efficient, kind & helpful & we couldn't have asked for more. Moving around was very convenient as public buses were all around the hotel. This is our 2nd stay with the hotel & it will be Pan Pacific again when we next visit Perth!
