Excellent location with car park provided, property was clean & neat and basic facilities available. had good restaurant & pizza shops close by. opposite to motel was kids play area, pelican feeding and had a good morning walk in the bridge with beautiful beach views. staff were very friendly. Bathroom could have been waterproofed better.

Located adjacent to Phillip Island Bridge and local fishing jetty this is an ideal place to stay for the budget traveller. A comfortable bed, clean and large bathroom along with a microwave, cutlery/crockery to allow self catering makes this location family friendly. Excellent fish n chips, hotel bistro, coffee and bakery close by. Penguin parade and other venues less than 20 minute drive.
