Great place for families. Weather proof because of the indoor pool and games room. Fantastic breakfast. Always fun.

Noisy neighbour's kids, shouting, pounding the floors and walls kept us awake and frazzled till well after midnight. Multiple calls to reception went unanswered. Next morning front desk staff essentially shrugged it off with a meagre apology. One should expect better service from RACV, especially when paying premium prices for peak nights.

My family had the best experience here! Our room was amazing and the restaurants and pools were great but for us the team that worked in the hotel went over and beyond to make sure our stay was outstanding and they were very kind!! We will definitely be going back!

It was our first time in the resort and we liked it a lot: the staff, the food, the facilities. We had the ocean views room. It was outside the main building which was good for us but maybe not very convenient for the family with children as you have to drive to the restaurant and swimming pool, playground or just to have some good time in the bar. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

I did not realise the ocean view rooms were quite away from the main Hotel complex. It was unfortunate as my husband had recently had a hip operation. Anyway the room was satisfactory but no shower cap etc…provided and no complementary bottled water. It seems the higher the room rate the less of the luxuries guests received. My family went on to stay in Beechworth at a 3 star hotel where there was bottled water and toiletries provided. Disappointing. The facilities within the hotel complex were excellent and dinner in the hotel dining room was good also. Breakfast they could not find anymore yogurt for me and if you wanted a decent coffee that was extra too. Really can’t the hotel provide something at no extra charge. Many hotels all around Europe provide Brewster coffee without charging more. Penny pinching I think.
