The room is big enough for a family of 4. Nice old building.

We stayed just for a night and rooms were large enough for our family. Breakfast next day at the restaurant in the hotel and staff were amazing! Potato gems were really precious.

No help from the reception. No parking available. No help with the heavy luggage. The receptionist was least interested in providing any information. Will never recommend this place to my family and friends.

Guest services are not much friendly. Upon checkin was not told about breakfast, only when asked told about parking, knew I had a baby with me yet no help with luggage. Extremely poor service. Hotel overall is dated with old look. It must have been a 4.5 star hotel 10 years ago, certainly not currently. The Furniture in the room is so old and dated. Only good thing about this hotel is that it was clean. That’s all

We stayed in room 6002 and found it noisey due to a band or bar nearby playing music late. Unfortunately we left items in the room which where not located and called straight away but no report had been made. As we only had one change of clothes due to family urgency we flew out to Darwin and the only tshirt I had and wore was left behind. We also asked about a apple computer charger and had to call back twice to be told nothing reported.

The hotel is an oversized, standard, three star hotel, catering for tourists and families. It is perfectly adequate, but run down and it lacks any real character beyond being an average three star family/tourist hotel. It took a long time to check out as each itemised bill was created and reviewed at departure; overnight biLls would speed things up. The wifi was good. Customers have to pay to park in the hotel's own car park, which is appalling.
