First room we checked into was absolutely dirty. As if they emptied the bins and forgot the rest. The staff were happy to move us which we were greatful for. We requested a microwave to warm food and bottles for our toddler which they just seemed to have forgotten about us. Will stay st the country club next time.

Nice central location, parking available at an extra cost, very out dated room which was disappointing. Really weird that the toilet was placed on top of a mound so your legs dangle like a child. I asked to be moved to another room and get an upgrade but the woman told me all the rooms have the same toilet! Bed was really comfy, couldn’t get ironing board to stay open, shower had great pressure but it stung like needles as you can’t adjust the rose, it also flooded the entire bathroom floor and had a daggy curtain. No exhaust fan so the room was steamy and unpleasant smelling. The walls are paper thin and I could hear snoring all night and very noisy kids. I’ve had worse but I expected better for $500 for 3 nights.

When we arrived the fridge was not turned on and we didn't discover this until the next morning. At night the noise from adjacent rooms and the floor above was too much with children running around and yelling loudly.

No room service available. Couldn’t leave the car park without loosing my car space. Food was frustrating to obtain. The room was incredibly small. The neighbors were very loud all night. The walls are paper thin and the neighbors air conditioner and bathroom noises were heard loudly all night. Couldn’t get any sleep. Netflix wasn’t available, only had basic tv channels. “Deep Soak Bath Tub” was only big enough for a child. I’m never staying here again!
