A perfect stopover for me and my family - husband and two older children. Reception team were super helpful when we arrived late and couldn’t receive the text on a UK mobile. 3 bed apartment very comfortable and well equipped. We all slept very well. Parking underneath a bonus. Would recommend.

The room we stayed in had stains all over the walls and carpets. We had to put a blanket on the lounge to try soften it up because the springs were starting to poke through the top for comfort. The room slept 5 yet only had one 3 seater lounge so not big enough for the whole family to sit on anyway. The air conditioners were old and out dated. Made funny noises and stunk we had to turn them off. They need to go through the kitchen and check/upgrade some kitchen cooking utensils. I hardly call one saucepan and an old frying pan with the Teflon coming off enough to cook with.

I would defiantly stay here again, the staff were very helpful and kind. Although we had to wait 2 1/2 hours until our room was ready to enter (4:30pm) because they were short staffed. We loved the room space and the location was amazing, very close to all the shops and the STRAND was just down the road for the kids to play in all day.

Great location , great service, rooms are becoming worn, unmaintained. I had to request my family be relocated due to the aircon tripping the fuse box every couple of minutes. The apartment we were relocated to had issues too. Main bedroom aircon didn’t work, forcing us to sleep in the lounge area. It’s a shame, really enjoy staying there, but probably won’t be back until it has a refurbish. Staff were awesome though.
