Rambutan Resort

This place is amazing! An all in one place to stay, play and eat. Food and drinks are excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. The only negative for us was our room was next to the night club next door and the bathroom is tiny. We will definitely stay again it’s so convenient, especially with kids.

Our stay at Rambutan was okay, but not great. The check in/reception was super loud being right next to the bar. It was stressful and distracting checking in with all the noise. The noise continued late into the night ... you know the bass beat that doffs through your pillow? The air con in the room could not be turned off (even when removing the electronic door key). Reception advised to dial up the temperature so it would shut itself down ... which worked, but it still hummed away. The room was clean, though I squished a couple cockroaches (it is FNQ I guess?) The kids enjoyed the pool, and the complementary luggage storage was appreciated. I expected more for my money. I understand it's peak season (school holidays and super cars in town), but we are paying top dollar for an average product ... which was disappointing.

I liked the friendly Staff throughout the establishment. They were well organised, knowledgeable and helpful which was most thankful being from out of town. I have no hesitation in recommending to my family and friends and 10 out of 10 Thank you Staff.

Our room had a water leak from the bathroom that was seeping up through the flooring. And it stunk quite bad. They seemed to know about it when I spoke with them (so why did they book the room out). They did offer us another room but it didn’t have 2 beds, only 1, which made it a little tight with the kids.

They had $1 oysters the night we stayed, had a nice margarita… and we got a villa that could have slept up to 9 so good for a large family

Had a great stay for my daughters grad night, accommodated the whole extended family! Took lovely photos around the pool. Food was great! Wish we weren’t so busy and could have enjoyed the pool and bars more! We will be back 😀

Bathrooms need better cleaning done, pool area need new blue cushions covers and better cleaning to with a battery sitting on the ground around the pool it’s not very safe for the little kids, menus in the rooms out off date dinner time 5-9 went their for dinner to 6 pm, then stuff on that menu for over 14 moths, rude male staff behind the bar that night Certainly hope you guys pick your act up I have a family night booked there for Xmas
