Such a charming, beautiful hotel in the most convenient location on the island. We stayed here with 2 families and kids, and it was great for a large group. It's well-kept and has a beautiful sprawling pool, as well as a smaller quiet pool. The rooms have a lot of space and our room was facing the marina, which felt very quiet and private (I would not have wanted a pool-facing balcony). The on-site restaurant was not great (nor was the service there). This is probably the nicest hotel on Magentic Island - it doesn't have some of the unique characteristics of the other lodging but it is clean, easy and convenient.

We loved the space in our 3 bedroom apartment for a family of 5, the pool and location. It was easy to access other points on the island with the bus service located just out the front. Room and hotel amenities could have been explained on check-in or at least pointed out that they could be read at our own leisure on the in-room tv service-we discovered this a few days when a room fault was being corrected. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was lovely and suitable for all people from young couples, families to the elderly. Staff were friendly and chef was at the restaurant was very accommodating of all different dietary requirements with passion and true care which was lovely to experience. The chef produced a beautiful vegetarian high tea that we enjoyed looking over the water views. Great place to relax.

Great hotel close to Marina, great facilities and staff. Enjoyed the awesome stay on "Maggie" with the family during the recent winter school holiday's.
