Just a quick stop over. 9 hours. Toilet had a skid mark down the side so clearly hadnt been clean. Had to wash the coffee cups we used as the were ALL dirty. Same for the teaspoons. Cleaners need retraining

Was very convenient to the airport and good value for money with a family

Very spacious upstairs and downstairs. Balcony and ensuite in master bedroom. Garden and patio downstairs with vehicle parking. Had to pay for bottled water provided in room. A number of maintenance issues, namely lights flickering or not working, cracked and broken hairdryer, no fan in bathroom, a section of laminate panel laying on the floor behind tv cabinet in main bedroom. No body wash or hair condition in second bathroom. My husband didn’t have a shower because it was over a narrow bath tub with no railing and slippery base, which is problematic for a man who is unsteady on his feet. Our family liked that it had 3 toilets. Thumbs up to two couches for young ones to relax on and watch TV. Motel information folder and website should be updated - no breakfast available in restaurant and other changes. Not the most conveniently close accommodation to airport, requires taxi as shuttle is not available to motel only limited time going to airport and it is a 1 1/2 hour walk. It suited our family purposes and certainly better than other motels we have stayed in. Reception staff were friendly enough and provided information where we could have breakfast but non-committal about the lack of bathroom products for showering.

A family of 6 - grandparents, parents and two kids booked the 3 bedroom Villa and it was ideal! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. There is a lounge, dining area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and then bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. There was also a garden area and balcony upstairs. We ate dinner in the little restaurants and all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay with a family. Safe, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Would return if flying into Brisbane.

Needed accom close to airport for a large family. The apartment was large and comfortable. On a busy road but we didn't find the noise too distracting. Would stay again.

Clean, well appointed, and reasonably quiet, two bed apartment was a great option for a family stay, though 2nd room needed air con rather than just fan for better comfort in height of summer. Convenient location for getting to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and airport.

The hotel need to hire new cleaner's as they are definitely not doing their jobs properly. Upon arriving to the room we needed to heat a bottle up for the baby only to find old food from previous people left in the microwave. There no cleaning supplies at all for us to use to do dishes, sweep floors etc when ur u have sigjns up to make sure room is left clean n dishes done on departure. The bathroom i the small bed room when having a shower the bottom of it just filled up like a pool and flooded the area due to the water not excaping. And the smell was bad comming from it we knew there was a blockage of some sort. When lifted to lid on the drain hole in shower almost almost passed out with the smell and what i seen. I ended up unbloccking the drain hole my self and to my surprise it was able to drain property. I shouldnt of had to do that the cleaning staff should be making sure its unblocked and remove all the excess hair and crap that goes down with showers i will post the photos so u can see what pulled out. Clearly not happy with cleanliness and shiuld get some kind of money back for the suitation we had to deal with. Sry but it wont let me upload the photos but i did email them to management
