This is a mid range property, interms of price and ambiance, nothing wrong with it just do not expect a wow factor in any area, in other words you get what you pay for, rooms are of a reasonable size with I say nothing decor, there is a onsite ground floor restaurant plus a roof top bar that serves Tapas type food, this would be nice on Summer evenings, there is also onsite parking that is easily accessable, good for older couples or families with kids

Convenient location near the city Clean accommodations Good breakfast Courteous and friendly serving staff Some staff may ask for proof of age for infants under 2 years old for complimentary breakfast Parking could be challenging during peak times, but off-street parking is available.

Ill start with the staff 10 out of 10 they are so polite and will do anything for you i prepaid for breakfast but as i have an allergy to eggs i asked if i could just get bacon and tomatoes on toast and they did with no problems now as far as the room goes i booked a balcony suite then got offered a room upgrade for the extra $30 a night so went with the upgrade to a junior suite it was more like a down grade no balcony the bathroom flooded everytime you have a shower and coffee making facilities is robert timms sachets a kettle and teabags you get that in any hotel /motel venue really not worth the money i spent for the room but lamberts restaurant is beautiful and the wait staff fantastic

The Good Location is Excellent, hotel ammenities very good. Staff friendly and attentive The Bad Someone forgot to clean the skid marks off the toilet properly

Our room was great, hotel is nice on the whole. My disappointment is the roof top bar being shut. Myself and other family members booked this hotel due to the roof top bar and had plans to go there and meet up with friends. It did impact our stay.

I loved the bath in the junior sweet. We had a little issue and was it was dealt with immediately by the friendly staff.
