My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. From the welcome at check in to checking out, the staff could not be faulted. Friendly, smiling and professional. The location is perfect for anything you want to visit. The room was well equipped and the bed comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again when in Brisbane and recommend to my friends and family.

Apartments are in a good location. Walk to most things. Rooms are very small though and no lounge to sit on when you want to relax for a bit and watch tv or something. Only a very small chaise there that only a child could sit on. Restaurant attached is excellent - especially for dinner. Staff very friendly

Chose a deluxe studio room which turned out to be the size of a cell with a window view of a gun barrrel grey aluminium screen. Not a lot of natural light. The experience did not reflect the room rate. Chose not to use hotel facilities. I will not recommend this hotel to family, friends, or corporate associates.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Excellent city location. Really loved the pool, sauna, steam room and kids play area facilities. Late checkout great too. We will be back.

Had a great stay. Really friendly staff and a great location in CBD. Pool is great but can get loud with kids in the room, and is t that huge. Will likely stay here again in the future.

Very good location, close to everything! Make sure you book a room away from construction site, they're often working through the night building underground river crossing metro system. Was staying with my wife and baby daughter and had to ask for additional set of towels for daughter every day, even though they've promised to make a note about that. Cleanliness is okayish, looked like cleaners only emptied bins and made beds but didn't wash the bathroom floors. Had to give a call to reception asking to refill gel and shampoo bottles. Really liked indoor heated pool and sauna/steam room! Overall very positive about this hotel, only concern was cleaniness.

I stayed in Capri as my nephew had stayed the year before while visiting family in the Brisbane area. All fine although did have to remind them a few times about stocking up on essential bathroom provisions like towels and toilet paper.
