Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful easy going resort - great to be on the beach with my two young kids. Quiet and relaxing!

To many screaming babies and young children. No food or drink service to your pool chairs

The palm Tower was horrible. I was on the 2nd floor it was a family trip so I booked 2 rooms. When you exit the elevator it smells terrible, like mold . The rooms were very basic I really expected better. Needs a real renovation in those rooms. The grounds was beautiful everyone was friendly. The cleaners did a good job cleaning the rooms. The convenience of the beach was a plus. All in all it's a decent place to stay not sure if the other towers are the same but I wouldn't stay again because of that odor and outdated rooms.

Unreal how much this hotel has gone downhill in the past 3 years. We moved after one night because it was a terrible environment for us and our kids

Great family resort. Pools are small and great for kids and families. Loved the beach and ocean views.

It is family hotel, located on the beach near to many restaurant. The hotel has restaurants too if we didn’t want to walk around. The beach is beautiful…. It is close to all sports activities. The staff is so helpful and kind. I will come back in the future

Th pool is in bad shape and needs to be redone. There was no hot tub at the main pool. The one in another area was overrun by small kids playing. I was surprised at how loud the pool area was during the day. A group of people blared their own music, mindless of all others around them. It made th music played by the hotel Impossible to hear and you needed up listening to 2 sources which is not at all relaxing. This group drank heavily, out of glass bottles regardless of signage and common sense and their behavior went unchecked. This was right in front of the main (and only) outside bar. The staff watched and did nothing. At night, sleep was difficult as there was loud parties around the hotel. In all cases, hotel security ended it. This was our first time back here since the hotel was renovated. It is also our last.

Booked full ocean view and was first given a pool view of screaming children. Asked to be changed and the was moved to a room that barely had an ocean view. Had to hang over balcony to see the ocean. Condition of rooms where not great, air condition is poor and pillows smelled moldy. Shower over flees first day and maintenance fixed it quickly.
