Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino

Really loved our stay here. The food options were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved our room. We did have a mix up the first night with 2 queens vs kind bed but they corrected the problem with the room the next day. Beach was clean and big. Pools were fun. Highly do recommend this for friends and family.

The staff at the Marriott were so nice & attentive. The resort is clean, & welcoming. The restaurant on the beach & breakfast buffet were great! Will definitely be returning, and refer all our friends & family here.

Really beautiful resort! Everyone is nice there and willing to help. Customer service was amazing. Very family oriented. The adult pool was boring you can’t play your own music but there’s no Dj. The pool with a swim up and DJ was full of children but over all I had a wonderful stay!

Overall we had a lovely time at this property. It was very clean, well maintained and the food was amazing. Only complaints - it’s noisy (our room was over the family pool) with the pool DJ and at night the lobby DJ. Also didn’t like how their palapa reservations worked - had to wake up at 7am on the dot to reserve otherwise 1 minute later they were taken. Same thing for getting chairs by either pool - must get there right at 7am to secure your spot. For as much as the rooms cost, would have been nicer if the palapas weren’t so expensive. Additionally, we told every staff member it was our 20th anniversary and nothing was offered. Usually when you go to dinner, for example, and tell the waiter it’s your bday they bring a free dessert. Nothing like that was done. Was surprised.

As soon as we checked in, we noticed, even though we had an upgraded room that our view was of the partial roof that was under construction. On top of that there was carpeting in the room that smelled like wet dog. They also knew that we had a child with us that would be sleeping on the pull out bed, and there were no linens and the mattress looked like it had been soiled before. Needless to say we did not stay the entire time. For nothing being included, it was an outrageous price for what the room was.

What I don’t get about this property is there’s an adult section swimming area. Then there’s a common area, that’s the one with the swim up bar. All the kids at the swim up bar area. Just think they got that part totally wrong. The areas should be flipped that’s just a suggestion.

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, safe and family friendly! There are many nearby food options walkable on the beach and the town was a little further but a short taxi drive away! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

We really enjoyed the convenient beach location and the chair setups. The reservation process for chair setup had some problems however. Lining up at 4 pm for the next day was discouraging then to be told to go on line was easier … not so when the Wi-Fi was spotty… they did their best to accommodate. Servers in the beach work hard so be generous with your tips$$. Generally a well run place. The main pool was closed for seasonal repairs so the adult pool became a family pool. A heads up would have been nice😉

The beach is amazing ! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating . Swim up bar was so much fun with music and live entertainment every day during happy hour. Rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful balconies to see the ocean. My family will be going back !
