ibis Saigon Airport

I had to cancel at the last minute due to family emergency…. I couldn’t stay at your hotel because of this reason … I’m so so so happy unsatisfied… disappointed…. and very disgusted that you can’t give me a refund!!! Will never use Expedia ever ever again and will not recommend you to any of my friends

Booked a one bedroom suite for my son and I. Totally pointless to bother with the larger room. Despite saying the room is for 3 people, it only has a double bed. They literally told me that people sleep with the 3rd person in the bed. I asked what if it was 3 adults, since it didn't say the room is for 2 adults and one child only. They said everyone is ok to share the one bed. Ridiculous. My son is 17 so we were not going to share the double bed and he ended up sleeping on the couch as they didn't have a rollaway bed for the suite. There's a kitchen we intended to use to prepare some food, but there are no utensils, plates, cutlery. Nothing at all, despite there being a cooker, hob, fridge, etc. It's useless. Great location for the airport, but only book standard rooms. The suites are useless and the staff unhelpful. Ridiculous place.

This Ibis in very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle which is perfect. The room was tiny! You have to shimmy in the bathroom to open the shower door lol the beds are ok but to hard for me. The “twin” room is not a twin bed. It’s so small, for children, not full grown adults. I’ve never seen such a small bed in a hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is top notch. The only problem we have is that we had to switch rooms due to someone spraying a bottle of cologne and my asthma kick in and I had an attack. Because we moved in a hurry we left our iPad in the stinky room and we haven’t heard back from the hotel that they found it :( they also close the pool at an oddly early time, 8pm. We arrived just after 8:15pm. I had a severe spinal injury and asked if I could go and float in the pool to hep release my pain and they said no. This would of been the kind and companionate touch I would of liked to see. So that was sad. Other then that I would stay again because of the proximity of the airport. Especially if you have an early flight to catch.
