Fusion Original Saigon Centre

This hotel really met and exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous given that I am not familiar with this brand and website is pretty pared back, and there aren't that many reviews since the hotel is quite new. Also, the pricing was so reasonable that I wondered if the hotel could be as nice as what I hoped! It is in a Great location in the city, you can walk to many places nearby. Was perfect for NYE festivities. It Feels safe with the entrance being inside the shopping mall. The mall has tons of dining options too which is nice. Note: Keep and screenshot the directions that they send you in advance for how to find the hotel entrance. After one time it’s easy. We had hotel book the airport pickup so it was easy since the driver knew where to go. Very fancy van pickup. It is a New hotel with a modern feel and design. Nice design details. Amazing views high up. There is a Nice pool with cool city views- just no hot tub and was a little chilly/windy in the evening. Also no umbrellas or shade in daytime/ Excellent breakfast in a pretty setting. Had 2 br family suite perfect for 4 people. Not huge, but cozy, clean, new and well laid out. We used the hotel laundry service and it was quite expensive ($2.50 for a pair of socks, $5 for a t-shirt) so we spent $70 on laundry. The only thing that wasn’t a good value! My only complaint is that the elevators were quite busy and you had to wait a while to get one with space. Overall really great value. Highly recommend!

This hotel is amazing. We originally booked another hotel in the area that turned out to be the worst hotel so we were able to book this hotel within a day. The staff is so kind and helpful, from checking in to helping us with our bags to assisting with anything we need. We booked the 2-bedroom suite and it was fabulous. Great modern rooms with everything you may need. I love their app because you can order different types of pillows or anything you may need. One of the best things is all the drinks in the mini fridge is free and each floor has a little kitchen pantry with snacks and drinks. The hotel is located in Saigon Centre and it's so convenient to so many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended. This is our family hotel of choice from now on.

I wasn’t sure about this hotel when I booked it but was very impressed. The staff were really friendly, great facilities and good location. So good that we’ve ended up booking another room for the afternoon before we fly out as our current hotel wasn’t able to accommodate a late check out. I would highly recommend to friends and family and will book again if we’re ever back in HCMC.

Loved this place. Very convenient location in the center of the city. Our room was modern, clean, spacious and had great views. Staff was excellent. The roof top pool was awesome for taking a break with the kids. Also, the mall it is attached gives you something to do during the rain storms and the food court at the bottom has some high quality options.

What a spectacular find in the District 1. Hotel’s unique architecture, finishings and thoughtful touches throughout the boutique hotel. Buffet breakfast so good but most importantly, ALL staff were polite, kind and always willing to please. Our family of 4 enjoyed the luxury of a 2 bedroom suite and will definitely return and recommend to friends.

We stayed 3 nights as a family of 5 in their 2 bedroom-suite. The staff was so nice and service mines, we just loved the roominess of the 2-bedroom suite and the pantry available on each floor with snacks and coffee and water. At first we thought it was a little special to stay in a hotel above the Saigon Centre, but in the 38-degree Saigon hear it turned out to be just perfect. The foodhall down stairs and the central location of the centre in Saigon downtown was so convenient. We have stayed in so many hotels, but the Fushion Original was somewhere we would return to any day.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks, tried both regular twin rooms and 2-bedroom unit. It is so roomy. The room layout is perfect. We love room color & design. And the best to my family is the room view and location. Staff is super helpful and polite. The hotel offers in room free flow drinks and a 24/7 pantry in each floor too with fruits, coffee, tea
