An absolutely stunning hotel, located in the heart of the old quarter. You can't see the hotel from the street, so it's a lovely surprise to walk through an archway and into such a spectacular and peaceful hotel. Being tucked away also means that you are less affected by traffic noise than most hotels in the Old Quarter. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and spas within walking distance, and Phung Hung Train St is a 5-10 minute walk away. The Phung Hung St murals are also nearby and worth looking at. Every aspect of the hotel was beautifully decorated, and our room (junior suite) was extremely well presented and comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool was a delight and there are comfortable sun loungers; there is also an indoor jacuzzi which is available free of charge (down the stairs from the pool). The breakfast buffet was excellent with loads of Western and Asian choices, and some fabulous fresh juices and fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolat. My only minor grumbles would be that the spa and rooftop bar prices are significantly higher than local prices. E.g. 100,000 VND for a can of local beer, compared to 25-30,000 in nearby bars and restaurants. A fabulous hotel - would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel. I've been spoiled and stayed at several high end properties in my life, and this ranks amongst the best. The property was clean and beautiful, but the staff made the experience unforgettable. I traveled with a child, and they made my son feel special, welcomed, and so excited to be in Vietnam. In particular, Phuc at the Olivine restaurant and Long the Manager both went consistently above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

This was the most beautiful hotel in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter and I have recommended my friends and family to stay at this hotel. The location was great - as we could walk to wherever we wanted. The hotel and rooms were very clean and exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable! Linh checked us in and she followed-up with us after to make sure that everything was to our liking. Even after our first day, she continued to provide us with recommendations and support throughout our stay. The spa service was also amazing for the price that they offered. I was blown away and would recommend anyone staying at this hotel to also go for their massage & facial.

Hotel decor has alot of character. Quaint and exclusive at the same time cosy and homely and romantic Note that some rooms do not have a view (looking into an internal waterfall) so in the day the room may be a bit dark for some - don't think this was highlighted in my booking with Expedia. Very nice rooftop bar Helpful staff. Will recommend to travellers - solo, couples and families with quiet kids.

We had a fantastic time from start to finish! I can highly recommend the airport pick-up, such a nice car with aircon, water, Wi-Fi. We got the junior suite that we loved. But the best thing with the hotel is the location, close to everything we wanted to see, and a Michelin mentioned restaurant just a cross the street and Ca 10 min walk to the train cafe area. Also on the top of the hotel there is a really nice bar with beautiful views, great drinks and awesome deserts. Could not be more satisfied with this hotel.

Everything about this stay was amazing! We stayed at the front end an again for one final night of our Vietnam vacation. The staff, the rooms, the location, the breakfast buffet (wow!) were all great. You won't even open a door on your own without someone being there to help you. The hotel had transportation for us from the airport and that was simple, with a gentleman holding our name on a card for us to easily find after we grabbed our bags and exited the airport. The pool isn't as large as it appears online (it never is) but it's large enough that you can have a great swim overlooking the city. There's bar pool service as well and they are very attentive! We enjoyed the rooftop happy hour every night for a couple hours and enjoyed some tasty cocktails! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone! We also appreciated that tips are requested during your stay - they mention that they are a family and they prefer that you don't do this! Instead, you can tip in a cat piggy bank at the end of your stay and it is divided up among the staff. They may ask to take your photo while tipping so they can share it with everyone with your appreciation. :)
