I stayed with my family for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a minute walk flose to the old quarter. Would staa here again. Thanks

Hannah and her friends and doorman were amazing, staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and I slept like a baby. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Food places are all around you ...turn right out of the hotel and 5 or 6 doors down on left is a restaurant that's cheap and clean and they understand some English. Hotel offers taxi from airport for $20 , I recommend it so you don't get stuck looking for address, a taxi driver will await you at airport. Enjoy your stay

The room has weird smell coming from the washroom. Breakfast selections are very limited as compared to other hotels in Hanoi. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends as there are better options in the same price range.
