The positives: Perfect location in Vung Tau. Lovely hotel. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Beach club is lovely with friendly and service minded staff. Tasty and delicious food at Sirena restaurant. Lots of activity for adults and children. The negatives: Massage is not good and suddenly not a five star level. Machines in the gym need to be updated as the displays do not work.

This is a nice 5 star hotel . It has been maintained well. Service is excellent from reception to doorman .. we love the seafood restaurant facing the sea. Met a lady manager? Who is excellent in service. Lift access near the receptionist is a bit slow. Breakfast and variety taste great.. We stay in the family room.. 716.. feel clean. Surprise there are 2 toliets .Just the toliet near the main door do not have a soap dish and no place to hang the hand towel. Which can be easily improved. The other main toliet ia excellent.. Surprise that it seen to be low season and Vung Tau is quite deserted Lucky there is a lotte mart nearby and cal use grab easily.

The hotel manager, William, provided us an effusive and proper welcome. We had just travelled from America to see some family for the first time in over 40 years. The gorgeous entrance lobby and sitting areas combined with well spoken and genuine welcome helped make us feel comfortable and added to the pleasurable reunion. Our uncle who is very proper and had made time to drive down from the city to be there when we arrived was quite pleased with the welcome for his nieces.

We both love the superb comfy bed and we both slept like babies during our stay. Another highlight would be one of their outdoor pool is facing to the ocean. We spend most of our day there for swimming and enjoy sun bathing with refreshing coconut juice aside from La Sierena restaurant. Excellent service especially from the friendly Philippines stuff taking good care of us. It’s pretty interesting in tracing back the history of the hotel as former Australian Club during Vietnamese war. It’s background history also makes the hotel unique and it’s classical deco everywhere you can easily spot from the hotel.
