My suggestion is that for kids and animals, please put them on the first floor. We stayed on the first floor and there was dogs and kids above us that ran back in forth in their room above ours. The dog would bark and we could hear it throughout the night and it was a lot at 4:45 am in the morning. Also ask if your guest are allergic to animals so that you can put them in a specific pet free room. Our allergies were so bad in the morning when we woke up. We were traveling through so we only stayed one night, if we had to have stayed longer we would have asked to move to the top floor. Otherwise it was a very nice, clean updated hotel.

We shifted from our normal choice and decided to try out another hotel. We were very happy with this decision. The front desk help was very friendly. Parking was easy and the location was great. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The room was very nice and the beds were super comfortable. There is also a very nice breakfast downstairs each morning.

This is the third Hampton Inn we have stayed at on our trip and none of the WYFI has worked at any of the locations along the way. All locations have been cleaned and service pretty good. The last Hampton let us use a roll away bed this one would not and it listed as a free item available upon request. The lady in the front had her family with her and they were having Christmas which was completely fine, but I honestly think she didn’t want to go to the trouble of getting us the roll away bed for us. Overall the place was clean but at the first Hampton they had full size shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower available for use and it wasn’t the kind you could take when you leave and I thought that was a great idea because it cut cost for the company. I was really surprised that none of the other two Inns had those. All three places have had a wonderful breakfast available and the ladies overseeing the breakfast has been awesome and so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn!

A beautiful property, kind and very helpful staff, one of the nicest rooms I may have ever stayed in. I felt safe and was treated as almost family. I would book again without a doubt. So grateful to the team here.

Very clean. Breakfast was better to an expected. Oatmeal, cereal, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, juice, pastry’s, toast, bagels and cream cheese. Would have liked to have dairy free milk options as we have a kid that can’t have dairy. We just brought a shelf stable carton with us. Staff was friendly. Only stayed one night but it was comfortable. It was a little loud. Could hear people in the hallway and people above us. Not a deal breaker though.

This place was so nice and the breakfast was wonderful. Staff were super nice and accommodating. Everything felt clean and modern. The downside for my family was the pool (which we truly enjoyed using). While it was fun, within a few minutes in the pool all 5 members of my family started sneezing and were very congested. Eventually everyone felt full on sick with cough, congestion and runny nose that lasted about 24 hours after pool exposure. I’m not sure if something was just off In the water treatment but other families were sneezing when they got in too. Made for a terrible nights sleep with everyone feeling awful. This was a real bummer on the experience as a whole.

The people at the front desk were friendly, and the breakfast attendant was awesome. The room was clean, and the bed was very inviting (nice sheets and pillows).
However, breakfast was far less than desirable (limited options; many bone chips in the pork sausage; egg frittata kinda cold--I'm assuming the limited options were from current restrictions, but I was disappointed).
I thought I reserved a room that sleeps 5 (not that I needed it), but my room was a bed, desk, and tv stand. Almost nice to go back to basics, but it was a surprise to have such a spartan room.
I chose this hotel because of the "hot tub." It was warmish, and soon, it was chock full (3 adults inc. me, plus 6 kids... I left when the 7th kid arrived). It was just too much (and I get that that's mostly my issue... except Hampton is trying to maintain some cautionary restrictions). Just don't get excited for relaxation in the hot tub.
Anyway, the coup de grace was the housekeeper opening my door at 9:00 am on a Sunday while I was going to the bathroom (WITH THE "DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN ON THE DOOR!!!). I cannot believe that they don't have a better policy on this (where many other hotels do).
If Hampton is your jam, best of luck.
