We stayed at this same hotel on both ends of a trip to see family. The first time was not the best, but they must’ve read my reviews because everything was much improved! When we had trouble with a tv remote the front desk gal came immediately to replace it. The breakfast was amazing & delicious! Everyone was friendlier & more helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

The girl at the desk during our check-in was very accommodating. We arrived late after a long days drive and we were helped quickly. Comfy beds with plenty of room for our family. Love the triple queen space! Decent breakfast.

Horrible service, pool area was dirty, our room was musty smelling, bathroom was unacceptable, toilet was broken and unstable to use, deside the fact it was the size of a toddler training potty. The stff wouldnt check is in until 430pm because of cleaning staff. Will not be staying again.

The room was very clean upon arrival. Loved having three queen beds in one room! The bathroom was also clean and stocked with appropriate supplies. The swimming pool and hot tub were ok. My daughter thought they both had a weird and funky smell the first day. I didn't smell anything but I did not use them. Also there were only two chairs in the pool area for seating and I had to stand up and watch the kids swim. That was not the greatest. More pool chairs please!! My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay here.

Room was spotless, bed very comfortably, excellent hot breakfast. Only drawback was the family of elephants who was in the room above us making laps around the room half the night

Came in late, was placed on second floor with a toddler with pack and play and heavy items and there was no elevator. Talk about ADA issues. The breakfast was very understocked but the poor woman working was so cheerful and did her best but they are severely understaffed in helping her. Very little verity to options the bathroom was EXTREMELY small. A larger person would not be able to close the door and use bathroom or shower comfortably. Checkout ladies were ok.

Staff very nice. Clean room. Can hear noise from hallway, kids yelling and running. Facility doesn’t have an elevator.

Very clean room and easy check in. Comfortable beds. Employee brought luggage rack outside for us. Refrigerator didn’t work though. We were in first floor and family above us kept walking around and jumping all night long. Recommend upper level floors because of this.
