Hilton Garden Inn Laramie

The staff was friendly at checkin and checkout. My husband and I, along with our adult daughter stayed in our room. Wecwere in town visiting family. Thecroom smelled fresh.There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, tub was stained and could use some new caulking. Our refrigerator did not work well and smelled absolutely terrible. We booked through Hotels.com and were told we would have had a lower rate by booking directly. Overall, it was a good stay.

The price was $110. Awesome price. We bought 2 waters, Gatorade, twx and a to go Nutella, $18 & change. Brutal price. Hot tub temp was heavily. Jets were great! Bur probably 2 lbs of sand on the bottom. Pool is small but offered a wave button. However, it was probably broken. No wave function. The pool is 3-5 foot deep, perfect for children. The mushroom shower was fin for all. The room was cleaned well as. For day to day cleaning goes. There's obvious signs of rusting behind the walls in the shower, wallpaper is starting to show signs of age (seems rolling apart, coming down from the ceiling), a spill in the fridge. One creamer had spoiled. The tap water in Laramie tastes like chlorinated swap water, but the bottles of water ar $2 each. In shirt, the room was worth the price. Nothing was worth the price beyond that. They need some superficial upkeep, otherwise very clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and quick.

When I was checked in to my room that night I opened the door and to my surprise there was clothes and luggage in the room and there was a lady sleeping in the bed. she was checked in for the 2 prior nights and that night as well. When I went to the desk they showed that it was reserved with my name and that it showed she should have checked out that morning. Luckily the hotel management were able to send another person that had not checked into there room already to another one of there properties and gave me that room so I could be by family. You had double booked the room. Not very happy about it. I don’t know that I will booking through you in the future
