Great price and cleanliness of the room. It was quiet as well even though there was a soccer tournament in town, full of families. We would definitely stay again.

Growing up in a guest ranch family I'm critical. Our stay was honestly great. The lady (wish I had her name) that checked me in was lovely. Our room was perfect, we had our dog and the room had lots of space for him to wiggle around and his kennel. Everything was clean. It was what we needed and quiet. I was impressed by the breakfast. They had burritos, sandwiches, muffins, danishes, everything prepped for you to take it, not just sit and eat there which is also an available option. I'm really happy we chose this hotel for ourselves and our dogs sake. And super close to Sandfords! Eat there, it's amazing.

Overall nice hotel. Clean room with nice hotel staff. However upon checkin we learned the pool was closed which was disappointing with 2 kids. Staff was apologetic though.

This was a simple overnight stay while traveling across country. Hotel is near a large truck stop (very nice also) and close to interstate on outskirts of East Casper, WY, so nothing special. Price was right also. Although it seems like a little older property, it was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Grandkids were with us and they loved the pool and hot tub. And enough of a breakfast to get us up and going.

Great experience! We stayed one night as a family of four. The staff were fine and the room was really comfortable. We did laundry while there and the dryer was a bit slow to dry (yes, I cleaned the lint trap and no, I didn't overfill it) and the hotel had no quarters or machines to make change for laundry. Minor inconveniences for us as long-term roadtrippers. Overall, excellent value and a great stay. We would absolutely stay again.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good. No gluten-free options for the one family member who has celiac.

Coming from out of state for work, we stayed 2 nights. Upon check in, we had questions the Clerk could not answer, such as what the breakfast menu was and did pets stay in our room? She laughed and said, "Oh, I'm not sure." We entered our room and I checked for cleanliness, I found dark hairs left around the bathroom sink. Later, I wanted to use the Gym but my key card wouldn't work so I approached the front desk to find her on her phone sitting in the next room, she couldn't even get up to approach the front desk nor get off her personal call. She spun her chair around and said, "Can I help you?", as if I was interrupting HER. I reported my key card wouldn't work at the Gym door and she stated that it was always locked unless guests asked to use it. An amenity that should be available to guests at all times. After my workout, I wanted to use the pool but found it wasn't heated. Again, I reported it to the Clerk who flippantly said, "That's good for you since it was 80° out today." I also found the jacuzzi was only half filled and unuseable. Our last night found us next door to screaming kids running up and down the halls until 10pm until having to report it. She woke us up by calling our room in error instead of the noisy room. Our last night and the next morning, the elevator was out of order and we had to drag our belongings down 3 flights of stairs. Good thing us 70 year old Grandparents are in good shape! We will NEVER stay at the Evansville, WY Sleep Inn & Suites again!
