My family and I enjoyed our time here! It was very nice comfortable and cozy. The staff was very pleasant and the continental breakfast was amazing!

The property was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing! It’s definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts our family has ever had.

Superior. I can't say enough good things about this property and employees. Stayed for a family visit and softball tournament. The team stayed elsewhere . Very very happy with our choice. Very clean !!!! All the reviews helped with my decision. Roof being put on and you were never disturbed. TV was out for a while and the front desk did everything to address the problem. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here after being on the road for 2 days straight. It was nice to have friendly staff, nice indoor pool and spa, with a sauna too!!! The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the sauna!!! Breakfast was great too! The staff was very inviting and friendly to talk to!! Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area!!

I'm a frequent guest at Best Western Mauston when visiting family and always enjoy the amenities, friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, great free breakfasts, etc. This time I had left behind jewelry with sentimental value in my room and the staff had promptly left it for me at the front desk. I am grateful to Tina and the wonderful staff!
