Comfort Suites

For the price and location on Packer home game weekend it was just what we needed. Its not completely outdated like other hotels in Green Bay. We stayed in the the jefferson suite and that was a good size for our family with 3 kids

Wishing we could provide a better rating. Our accommodations were good for our group. The property is great if you have kids. Our room was not very clean. You can tell it is surface cleaned and there was a lot of dust built up in areas and the carpets were dirty. We were there for a week and you have to request housekeeping daily if you want it. Most days we just wanted someone to come in and empty garbages, refresh towels and make the beds (not even change the sheets. Twice we came back after a long day out and they had failed to come. This was frustrating to come back to. Our last night there our kids had pulled the sheets back on one of the beds and there were Lifesaver gummies all underneath the mattress protector. We absolutely did not place them there. At checkout I expressed some of the concerns about our stay and was told manager would call me. Nobody called. The breakfast was great and the pool was awesome. We would consider staying for future trips if they can clean it up and get housekeeping in check.
