Very clean, right next to Capitol Lakes Health center and retirement home. So nice for us to visit family.

This hotel is literally the perfect location if you’re looking to stay in Madison! So close to many attractions. We walked to most everything we did. The staff were SUPER nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. My kid enjoyed the pull-out bed from the couch but I would have liked to see an extra blanket (not just top sheet) available for that. We had to ask for it, but received it right away. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and daily breakfast, which slightly changed each morning. Parking is directly behind the hotel in a parking garage and there were plenty of spots available. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were on a celebration weekend with family. We took a boat trip and went on the Olbrich Garden Walk. Great time. The room was lovely. It was comfy and large enough for a late night cocktail with family. We payed extra for a room with a view but just got the apartment complex next door. Not complaining as it was somewhat interesting. The morning brunch had a lot of variety so we made morning tacos Very friendly, helpful staff.

Tremendous location. Convenient and comfortable accomodations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was warm, fresh and delicious. Pool was small but nice. Hours were limited in the AM. One issue was half of the family was locked out of the room while the other half was at Lion King. Staff was not very helpful in providing a back up key.

Our family had a great stay here. Loved the free breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Mom & dad wished there was a hot tub. Our view from the 10th floor was great and the room was very nice and clean. Would stay again.

The hotel was in a perfect location - near to Capitol building and State St. The hotel was so clean, the pool is so good. The hotel offers a good breakfast. It was a good stay with family.

Stayed here while visiting family for a long weekend, was convenient to the Farmers Market and other downtown spots, had a nice breakfast and comfortable rooms.
